How Susam Partners handles website enquiries and personal information.

Who handles your enquiry

Susam Partners is operated by Samuel Rodriguez, based in Lisbon, Portugal. For questions about your personal information, contact partnerships@susampartners.com.

Information you submit

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, company, business email, target market, message and selected language. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How the form works

Your enquiry is sent over HTTPS to our Alibaba Cloud service in Hong Kong. A copy is stored privately with encryption, and an email notification is sent through Alibaba Cloud DirectMail in Singapore to our Google Workspace mailbox. These services may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Access is limited to us and the service providers needed to operate the form and email.

Retention

Private enquiry backups are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Technical records used to limit repeat submissions are scheduled for deletion after 7 days. Deletion is processed by the storage service and may take additional time. Email correspondence is retained while needed to handle the enquiry or an ongoing business relationship, and for any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request deletion.

Browsing this website

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It does not set application cookies or save form details in browser storage. Hosting and email providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Email and WeChat

You can also contact us directly by email or WeChat. Opening an email draft does not send it automatically. The information you choose to share is used to handle your enquiry; those providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
